What is APFN?

APFN stands for AllPoints Fibre Networks - a UK full-fibre (FTTP) network that brings fibre-optic cable all the way to your home, rather than relying on old copper phone lines. It was created by consolidating the Jurassic Fibre, Giganet and Swish Fibre networks into a single full-fibre network infrastructure.

Because it's a modern, purpose-built full-fibre network, APFN delivers symmetric speeds - your upload speed matches your download speed - which most older networks can't do.
